📅 Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.

📦 Eligible Returns

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged or defective item (must notify within 24 hours of delivery)
• Size exchange for eligible styles

Note: Customized or sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Products marked as final sale
• Used or altered garments
• Items returned without original packaging or tags

🔄 Exchange Process

We offer a one-time size exchange on eligible items. To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order ID and reason.

💳 Refunds

• If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after pickup confirmation.

🚚 Return Shipping

We offer free reverse pickup for approved returns in most cities. If pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to ship the item back yourself.
